Self Service Kiosk

Avoid waiting in branch queues. Use the in-branch self-service kiosk to print documents, issue bank cards, and update your contact details without waiting for a teller.

Prepaid Issuance

From the main menu, choose "Order Prepaid Card” (free of charge via self service kiosks)

Choose your preferred language, then insert your current Mada card and card PIN

Choose the account number and the name to be printed on the card

Debit Card Issuance by Reference number

Touch the screen, then select “Order Mada Card” then select your desired language (+Fees varies according to client segment and will be shown on the confirmation screen)

Choose "Issue with reference number"

Enter "Reference Number", then the Activation Code sent via SMS to the registered mobile.

Debit Card Issuance by ID number

Touch the screen, and then select “Order MADA Card” (+Fees varies according to client segment and will be shown on the confirmation screen)

Select your desired language then choose "Issue with ID/Iqama Number"

Enter the ID number, then the Activation Code sent via SMS to the registered mobile.

Debit Card Renewal using Current Mada Card

Touch the screen, and then select “Order MADA Card” (For cards that will expire within 6 months, or have expired within 30 days at the most)

Select your desired language then choose "Renew"

Enter current Mada Debit Card from SNB and your card PIN

Credit card Re-issuance

Touch the screen, and then select “Order Credit Card” (+Fees varies according to client segment and will be shown on the confirmation screen)

Select your desired language, then choose “Stop/Reissue Credit Card”

Enter MADA Card from SNB and your card PIN

Credit card stop

Touch the screen, and then select “Order Credit Card”

Select your desired language, then choose “Stop/Reissue Credit Card”

Enter MADA Card from SNB and your card PIN

Credit card printing by reference number

Touch the screen, and then select “Order Credit Card”

Select your desired language, then choose “Credit Card By reference number”

Enter MADA Card from SNB and your card PIN

Printing Statement

Touch the screen, and then select “Printing Documents” (+Fees varies according to client segment and will be shown on the confirmation screen)

Select your desired language, then choose “Account Statement”

Enter MADA Card from SNB and your card PIN

Printing IBAN

Touch the screen, and then select “Printing Documents

Select your desired language, then choose “IBAN Letter”

Enter MADA Card from SNB and your card PIN

Printing Balance Certificate

Touch the screen, and then select “Printing Documents”

Select your desired language, then choose “Balance Certificate”

Enter MADA Card from SNB and your card PIN

Update Mobile

Touch the screen, select “Update Mobile Number” and your desired language

Enter MADA Card from SNB and your card PIN

Enter new “Mobile Number”

Update Email

Touch the screen, select “Update E-mail” and your desired language

Enter MADA Card from SNB and your card PIN

Enter new “Email Address”

Credit Card Renewal

Touch the screen, and then select “Order Credit Card”, (*Fees varies according to client segment and will be shown on the confirmation screen)

Select your desired language, then choose “Renew Credit Card”
